Lost something?

 It seems that you have lost a treasured item. Not to worry, we will look into its safe return to its rightful owner within these simple steps.

  1. First, check the Lost and Found webpage and see if the item is catalogued. If not, please see step 7.
  2. Each item is given a unique code upon finding. This code is provided in the description. Write it down for later.
  3. Contact (use the contact page for 24/7 open hotlines) and inform us of your loss.
  4. We will ask you the unique code as well as your personal details that you had provided us during your stay.
  5. Once we cross referenced your data (name, phone number) with the information we had noted down upon finding the item (room number, name of the guest, duration, contact number), we will confirm that we are able to release it to your custody. 
  6. You can choose to pick-up the item or deliver it to your home.
  7. If you could not find the item among the list of items on the web page, please use the search bar.
  8. It takes a maximum of 48 hours to fully catalogue and list the items our guests leave on daily basis. Therefore, your item may not appear on the webpage during that time. 
  9. If you could still not find the item, we regret to inform you that the item has been misplaced outside our hotel premises.
